“Digital Payment Wallet” means an application on your desktop or [read](https://1wincanada1.ca/) mobile device, such as mobile phone, tablet or laptop, that stores your payment information for facilitating online or contactless payments. You can store payment information in a digital wallet including but not limited to credit, debit, prepaid or loyalty card numbers. “Online Horse Racing Wagering Terms” means the terms, conditions, explanations, rules and procedures issued by the third-party operator and provider of the Online Horse Racing Wagering Platform from time to time which governs an eligible Player’s use of the Online Horse Racing Wagering Platform, including the placing of pari-mutuel bets through the platform, among other matters; WEG requires eligible Players to accept and agree to and continuously comply with the Online Horse Racing Wagering Terms in order for such Players to access, use and place wagers through the Online Horse Racing Wagering Platform. It is the sole responsibility of the eligible Player to determine whether they accept and agree to the Online Horse Racing Wagering Terms.
